How do I access my simulations?
Log in with the email you used to sign up. Click the magic link sent to your inbox. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing. You can complete days at your own pace. Your next day will only start to unlock after the current day is completed.
Can I restart a simulation?
No. Each simulation run is a unique project experience. Once started, your progress and decisions are locked in — just like a real project.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you signed up through the Skool community, follow the instructions here: https://help.skool.com/article/99-how-to-cancel-my-subscription-to-a-community. If you signed up directly on this platform, go to Settings and click 'Manage Billing' to access your subscription management page.
What is the 30-Day Operating Challenge?
It's a structured challenge where you start a project simulation at the same time as other project managers and manage the project for 30 consecutive days through to closure. You'll track milestones alongside your peers, present at phase gates, and build real PM muscle in a compressed timeframe.
Do I get a certificate or proof of completion?
Yes. After completing a simulation, you get a shareable completion report with your decisions, outcomes, and PM competency scores.
