Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Eddie System simulation platform (“Platform”) operated by Atlas Project Ops (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides interactive project management simulation experiences. Users engage with simulated project scenarios, make decisions, and receive feedback — including AI-generated evaluations. All simulations are fictional and use publicly known company names for educational context only. No actual company data is used or represented.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Access is granted via magic link authentication — no password is stored. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to simulations requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account or login credentials with others
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or bulk-access content
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute simulation content
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All simulation content, including scenarios, narratives, decision frameworks, and AI-generated feedback, is the intellectual property of the Company. Completion reports and portfolios generated from your responses are yours to share, but the underlying simulation framework remains ours.

7. AI-Generated Content

Some features of the Platform use artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to evaluate responses and generate personalized feedback. AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional project management advice. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated evaluations.

8. Community Access

Certain subscription plans include access to The Eddie System community hosted on Skool.com. Community access is governed by Skool's terms of service in addition to these terms. The Company reserves the right to revoke community access for violations of conduct standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
