The scenario
Air Canada — Canada's largest airline, roughly 40,000 employees across a Montreal head office, airport operations at every major Canadian hub, and crew bases spanning the network — is migrating its corporate Windows endpoint fleet off on-premises Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and onto Microsoft Intune. Roughly 21,000 managed Windows devices are in scope: corporate laptops for head-office and hybrid staff, plus shared and kiosk devices used by ground operations at airports.
